The Silent Gap

There is no crisis to point at. Only a quiet absence.

You have achieved what you set out to achieve, and you find yourself hollow inside it. You understand your situation perfectly well. What you cannot do is think your way out of it.

A career chosen to satisfy

A parent, a bank balance, an idea of who you should be.

Relationships kept from obligation

Maintained well, felt rarely.

Days organised around the should

Around what one ought to want, not what you do.

The method

Not conducted from the neck up.

The body registers misalignment long before the mind consents to name it. So the work begins there.

01

Somatic and embodied practice

Breath, movement and grounding, to reach what thinking cannot.

02

Games and theatre

Role reversal, improvisation and mirror work reach patterns that conversation politely avoids.

03

Circle dialogue

Small peer groups, where people discover their private predicament is a common one.

04

Guided reflection

Mapping the distance between the life being lived and the life wanted.

05

Integration scaffolding

Monthly group calls for six months, because insight without structure tends to fade.

How the days are spent

Somatic practice25–30%
Games and theatre20–25%
Peer circles and dialogue20–25%
Reflection and clarity mapping15–20%
Rest, nature and integration10–15%

Indicative. The mix is adjusted to each cohort.

How it works

Three movements, one return.

1

Apply

Entry is by application, not open enrolment. Each cohort is curated so the room is right for everyone in it.

2

Retreat

Twelve to twenty people over two to five days, in a nature-based, non-luxury setting. Somatic work, games, circles and quiet.

3

Integrate

Monthly group calls for six months, with peer partnership and ongoing facilitator support.

Is this for you

An honest fit check.

This may be for you if

  • You have built a career, stability or standing
  • You sense you are living by others' expectations
  • Something feels missing, though you cannot yet name it
  • You are ready to look honestly, and willing to change

Not the right time if

  • You are in acute crisis or distress
  • You are in active addiction
  • You are living with untreated severe mental illness
  • Someone else has sent you

These situations need care first, not a retreat. We say so plainly and refer you onward.

The facilitator

Twenty-seven years of watching success up close.

Dhiraj Ostwal spent twenty-seven years as a Chartered Accountant and Cost & Management Accountant, advising businesses and their owners. Renovo Path grew directly out of that vantage point.

He makes no claim to spiritual attainment, holds no lineage and teaches no doctrine. He is a practitioner working with one population on one problem, and is clear about the limits of that.

In their words

What people carry home

“Renovo Retreat gave me space to slow down and listen inward. I didn’t get answers—something deeper shifted. I returned clearer, calmer, and more aligned with myself.”
— Ananya Mehta
“This wasn’t a workshop, it was an experience. The silence, structure, and guidance helped me notice patterns I’d been ignoring for years. Subtle, powerful, and deeply grounding.”
— Rohit Kulkarni
“I came feeling exhausted and confused. I left feeling settled. Renovo doesn’t push change—it creates the conditions where change happens naturally, without force.”
— Neha Iyer
“Renovo Retreat helped me reconnect with my own body’s wisdom. The insights weren’t taught—they emerged. It’s rare to find something so quiet yet transformative.”
— Shishir Shawney
Questions

Before you decide

What is Renovo Path?+

A guided, somatic journey for accomplished individuals who sense a gap between their external success and internal fulfillment. It is a return to authenticity through retreat and integration.

Neither. It is a transformational container that blends somatic practices, circle work, and guided reflection to facilitate a fundamental realignment. We are not therapists, but we hold space for deep, personal work.

Who is this for?+

For those who have achieved in the visible world but now hear an inner call for deeper meaning. Typically, individuals aged 25-55 who are ready to move from thinking about change to embodying it.

What happens during a retreat?+

A carefully curated rhythm of somatic practices, silent reflection, peer dialogue, and guided inquiry. Each day is designed to move you from the mind to the body, from performance to presence.
