What Renovo Path is, and is not
Renovo Path is a retreat: a structured container of somatic practice, circle work and guided reflection. It is not therapy, coaching or medical treatment, and we are not therapists. The founder makes no claim to spiritual attainment, holds no lineage and teaches no doctrine.
Who it is for
- You have built a career, stability or standing
- You sense you are living by others' expectations
- Something feels missing, though you cannot yet name it
- You are ready to look honestly, and willing to change
When it is not the right time
These situations need care first, not a retreat. We say so plainly and refer you onward.
- You are in acute crisis or distress
- You are in active addiction
- You are living with untreated severe mental illness
- Someone else has sent you
Why there is an application
Depth requires readiness. The application and the discovery call are a mutual discernment: they help us make sure you are prepared and that the cohort is aligned for collective growth. Questions about safety are welcome on the call.
Confidentiality
Confidentiality is a shared covenant. What is shared in the circle remains in the circle. This agreement is the bedrock of the container and is honoured by every participant.

If you are in acute distress, we recommend therapeutic support first, and we are happy to provide referrals. If you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
