The Renovo Path Retreat
This retreat is not an escape. It is a return - to the body, to truth, to the intelligence beneath effort.
Three movements, one return.
Apply
Entry is by application, not open enrolment. Each cohort is curated so the room is right for everyone in it.
Retreat
Twelve to twenty people over two to five days, in a nature-based, non-luxury setting. Somatic work, games, circles and quiet.
Integrate
Monthly group calls for six months, with peer partnership and ongoing facilitator support.

Not conducted from the neck up.
The body registers misalignment long before the mind consents to name it. So the work begins there.
01
Somatic and embodied practice
Breath, movement and grounding, to reach what thinking cannot.
02
Games and theatre
Role reversal, improvisation and mirror work reach patterns that conversation politely avoids.
03
Circle dialogue
Small peer groups, where people discover their private predicament is a common one.
04
Guided reflection
Mapping the distance between the life being lived and the life wanted.
05
Integration scaffolding
Monthly group calls for six months, because insight without structure tends to fade.
How the days are spent
Indicative. The mix is adjusted to each cohort.
An honest fit check.
This may be for you if
- You have built a career, stability or standing
- You sense you are living by others' expectations
- Something feels missing, though you cannot yet name it
- You are ready to look honestly, and willing to change
Not the right time if
- You are in acute crisis or distress
- You are in active addiction
- You are living with untreated severe mental illness
- Someone else has sent you
These situations need care first, not a retreat. We say so plainly and refer you onward.

What people carry home
“Renovo Retreat gave me space to slow down and listen inward. I didn’t get answers—something deeper shifted. I returned clearer, calmer, and more aligned with myself.”
“This wasn’t a workshop, it was an experience. The silence, structure, and guidance helped me notice patterns I’d been ignoring for years. Subtle, powerful, and deeply grounding.”
“I came feeling exhausted and confused. I left feeling settled. Renovo doesn’t push change—it creates the conditions where change happens naturally, without force.”
“Renovo Retreat helped me reconnect with my own body’s wisdom. The insights weren’t taught—they emerged. It’s rare to find something so quiet yet transformative.”

Everything you may want to know
What is Renovo Path?+
A guided, somatic journey for accomplished individuals who sense a gap between their external success and internal fulfillment. It is a return to authenticity through retreat and integration.
Is this therapy or coaching?+
Neither. It is a transformational container that blends somatic practices, circle work, and guided reflection to facilitate a fundamental realignment. We are not therapists, but we hold space for deep, personal work.
Who is this for?+
For those who have achieved in the visible world but now hear an inner call for deeper meaning. Typically, individuals aged 25-55 who are ready to move from thinking about change to embodying it.
What happens during a retreat?+
A carefully curated rhythm of somatic practices, silent reflection, peer dialogue, and guided inquiry. Each day is designed to move you from the mind to the body, from performance to presence.
Why the group size of 12-20?+
To create a container that is intimate enough for every voice to be heard, yet diverse enough to mirror the many facets of the human experience. It is the sacred number for trust and transformation.
What is 'somatic' work?+
Somatic work recognizes that the body holds wisdom beyond the conscious mind. Through breath, movement, and sensation, we access and integrate the stories and patterns that live in our physiology.
Why is there an application process?+
Because depth requires readiness. The application is a mutual discernment to ensure that you are prepared for this work and that the cohort you join is aligned for collective growth.
What is the 6-month integration?+
Transformation is not an event; it is a practice. The integration period includes monthly cohort calls, an accountability partnership, and guided practices to weave the retreat insights into the fabric of your daily life.
How do you measure success?+
By sustained change, not momentary insight. Our metric is 80% of participants maintaining key behavioural shifts six months after the retreat, indicating a true rewiring of habit and identity.
Where are retreats held?+
In sanctuaries chosen for their natural beauty and capacity to hold silence. Each location is a partner in the journey, offering a container for deep work.
What is the investment?+
The investment reflects the curated, high-touch nature of the entire journey—from application through integration. Specific details are shared upon acceptance, as each retreat is unique.
What if I need to cancel?+
Due to the intimate and curated nature of our cohorts, we have a firm cancellation policy. We strongly recommend travel insurance to protect your investment.
Is this suitable for someone in crisis?+
No. This work requires a foundation of emotional stability. If you are in acute distress, we recommend therapeutic support first. We are happy to provide referrals.
How is confidentiality maintained?+
Through a shared covenant. What is shared in the circle remains in the circle. This agreement is the bedrock of our container and is honoured by every participant.
I'm skeptical but curious. Is that okay?+
Yes. A discerning mind is a gift. We invite you to bring your curiosity and your questions. The work is grounded in experience, not belief.
